REFUND POLICY
BLANCRE accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full price merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be intact, and garments must be returned in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that garments be tried on with care, away from makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, and similar products. Items returned with stains or residue will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Shipping fees will be charged for any order returned back to you.
U.S. RETURNS
Complimentary return shipping is available for all orders within the U.S.A. To return your garment within the 14-day return period, please email sales@blancre.com.
- Orders discounted by 20% or more are eligible for exchange only.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning product from an international location is the responsibility of the customer. Eligible returns will receive a full refund, including duties and taxes.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you'd like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please email sales@blancre.com to place the desired item on hold. If the desired item is in stock, we will hold it until we receive your return at our warehouse, at which point your exchange order will be dispatched. Complimentary standard shipping applies to all domestic exchanges.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Returns are processed within 6–9 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. After processing, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
